“Creating Connections” What We Hold Dear.

Connection is a big word for us.

It’s hard to imagine there could have been a time when feeling and being connected were as highly prioritized as they are today. It is a challenge right now – a challenge that all companies need to rise to in service of their teams, their customers and their bottom lines. One might say, it is all connected.

To boil down QD into two simple but packed words: we are all about “Creating Connections.”

Let's break that down a little bit.

We are creators through and through. Strategists, Creatives, Technologists, Analysts. We are all builders, and what we deliver together will always be greater than the sum of its parts.

We create connections to the brand through engagement and driving more brand love. We create connections to the business in all of the work that we do so we are able to drive the most meaningful outcomes.

We know that if we are able to thread the business, the brand and the needs and wants of your customers back to the products and solutions your company offers - it’s a win for everyone. Customer Experience is really just an operating theory that if we spend our time focused on solving the problems of our consumers, then we will inherently be successful in our business. Focus on the right thing gets rewarded.

We talked a lot about the experience of connection as humans. However, there are also very tangible connections that we deliver as a core part of the practice.

We are helping to create a better understanding of our customer’s customers by connecting the data, building customer profiles, learning agendas and using that knowledge to drive transformation for their businesses.

We are able to build contextual experiences for their customers that map to their needs and wants, and deliver that at scale through orchestration and measurable outcomes.

Creating Connections: How do we deliver it?
That is simple.

Connected Ecosystems:
Brands need to have a connected ecosystem that can orchestrate across channels, over time – without skipping beat. We take a horizontal approach to implementation to ensure we are not just point solution integrators, we are choreographers.

Connected Data:
Data is not just for analysis and looking back after the fact.

It is about action.

To build out true profiles of the customer, their activity across all channels and experiences, and to learn and adapt to their needs and wants.

We connect that data in order to enable the art of possible.

Connected Teams:
Ours and yours. The processes and brainstorming across our teams are our greatest differentiators. We are not a house of practices trying to figure out co-delivery. We are a single practice, able to pivot and meet the demands of more complex solutions and customers because of it.

We enable your teams and operations. We know that all of hard work can go to collect dust if we don’t also train our customer’s teams to operate across these new levers. We are focused on the long view with our partners, and believe that our successes are deeply intertwined.
