We’re partnering with one of the largest non-profit healthcare systems in the U.S. - CommonSpirit Health, to redesign and unify their digital experience, which means bringing together hundreds of locations, systems, and brand expressions into one connected, consumer-first platform.
The work is focused on creating a consistent, scalable experience that supports both patient needs and business outcomes. In close collaboration with IT and Marketing, we’re helping deliver on the promise of connected care—building a digital foundation that can grow with the organization.

Unification is

Unifying the CommonSpirit experience means bringing together diverse locations, histories, EHR systems, logos, and brand colors into one cohesive, consistent journey centered on the consumer and business outcomes.
This effort connects an ecosystem of content, data, sites, and digital experiences, and it requires a unified collaboration between IT and Marketing to fully deliver on the organization’s promises.

Extending the brand through social

To extend the CommonSpirit brand beyond the website, we created a cohesive social media design system that translated the brand’s inclusive, future-focused tone into engaging, mobile-first content.
Modular templates supported everything from health tips to physician spotlights, allowing for both consistency and local flexibility.
